Matt Winstone
Schooled at Kings College Auckland, Matt completed a building apprenticeship 92-95 leading into a successful career in commercial construction and site/project management roles, initially spending 4 years in the UK from 1996, and subsequently in New Zealand. He was the Owner/Director of residential construction and property development companies in Auckland and Queenstown up to 2010, before switching into renewable energy systems and sustainability management. He holds the post of Chairman at the Eden Foundation Trust.

Andrew Boyles

Andrew joined the greenXchange after relocating to Nelson from Wellington, where he built expertise in all aspects of renewable energy projects as a research analyst and consultant. He holds a Master of Environmental Studies with Merit degree from Victoria University of Wellington, and published a thesis on the functioning and politics of the solar PV innovation system in New Zealand. He has previously been involved with projects involving geothermal and biomass energy in New Zealand. Andrew possesses a suite of skills and knowledge which contribute to his ability to analyse systems and create innovative solutions intended to guide society to more sustainable methodologies and outcomes.

Richard Oswald

has an extensive career background in international business development, gained through executive sales and marketing roles in private sector organisations working in the defence, oil and gas and global telecommunication industries in the UK and Europe before arriving in NZ in 2004. He is a founding trustee of the Eden Foundation, and international partner relationship Director for the greenXchange. External interests currently include community service projects through Rotary International.

John Molyneux
John has a background in law and finance and for the past 2 years worked as an advisor on strategy and market development for exporter companies. Previously, John was CEO of a number of companies engaged in in the primary sector. John contributes valuable skills in strategy development, innovation and commercialisation of new technology.
